The WSB4 Commercial UV Water System is specifically designed for bacteria-free water treatment at 175 Litres/Min for maximum UV dosage of up to 40mJ/cm2. It features four Jumbo 20" food grade filter cartridges, with dirt and debris removal ranging from 20 microns down to 1 micron. The 5 micron carbon filter improves taste and odour, and removes chlorine. The system can handle water sources that contain sprays, debris, or taste/odour issues.

Filtration

  • Fitted with 4 food grade 20" Jumbo filter cartridges
  • Untreated water cartridge set, flow rate exceeds 150 Lpm
  • 20 Micron Pleated Paper - removes larger organic debris
  • 5 Micron Pleated Paper - removes typical debris found in 'clean tanks'
  • 1 Micron Melt Blown Poly - removes mud that would otherwise quickly make a carbon cartridge ineffective 
  • 5 Micron Carbon - for improvement of taste & odor & removal of chlorine
  • All filter heads fitted with glycerine filled gauges (indicate cartridge plugging)

Major features include:

Water Flow

  • ALL water passages sized for flow rates well in excess of UV sterilisation capability
  • SS 1.5" tube fittings for high flow commercial applications
  • 1.5" inlet / outlet 20" Jumbo filter housings
  • All joins sealed with orings or rubber gaskets (thread tape/sealants not used) no more pesky leaks

Safety

  • Pressure gauges on each filter head (oring sealed) for ease of replacement if required
  • Chamber 1/2" port (for fitting a UV sensor)

Heat Dissipation

  • Extended length chamber
  • Superior 'raised fin' chamber bracket system
  • Unrestricted air flow around UV chamber
Electrical
  • 2 x 100 watt UV lamps
  • 2 x 100 watt UV Power Supply Assemblies
  • Ballasts are gel filled to prevent moisture ingress
  • Digital 365 day countdown to ensure lamps are replaced on time
  • Ballasts carry the RCM license
  • 220v supply via RCBO (trips before house RCD in case of local short)
  • 220v Surge Protector (to absorb repetitive fluctuations that otherwise shorten the life of ballast components)
  • All components housed in an IP55 rated vented box for complete moisture protection
Safety Options:
  • Lamp Failure: Water supply to cease : Fit 1.5" Actuated Ball Valve (open when power supply is off)
  • Low light condition: Alarm triggered : Fit UV Sensor Ballast & Sensor
ByPass Option:

Very handy if the Quartz sleeve is broken during servicing
  • All Stainless Steel piping & valve assembly
  • Simply divert the water by closing the inlet & outlet ball valves then opening the bypass valve
Cover Included:
  • To allow for installation outside - complete system enclosed (suitable for all weather locations)
  • Cover is corner reinforced & riveted (strengthens system when screwed to the 30mm PVC mounting board)
  • Cover made from durable and good looking white ACM (Alloy Composite Material)
