This 50-watt UV water sterilising lamp 1000mm is perfect for longer UV chambers, with a usable life of 365 days and a T5 Quartz Sleeve. Non Genuine to Fit

Luminor Systems: Blackcomb 4.1, 5.1, and 6.1 high-flow lines (specifically models LB4-151, LB5-151, and LB6-151 configured for 57 Litres Per Minute)

HRV & Microlene: Rebranded systems utilizing the 57 Lpm Blackcomb core chamber, including the Microlene UV57 kit.

Cross-Reference Brands: Directly replaces Aqua Flo / Genesis H2O part number 40040017 (GEN5-15 and GEN6-15 systems), as well as Chandler Systems UV15D / UVLMP-15

If you choose compatible RL999 bulb online, you need to be aware of how your specific ballast behaves:

    1. Genuine Factory Lamp Kits: Include an electronic countdown "key" (a small plastic chip package) that plugs into the side of the Luminor/Blackcomb controller box to reset the 365-day internal alarm loop.

    2. Compatible/Non-Genuine Bulbs: Generic alternatives will physically slide in and illuminate perfectly, but they do not ship with this proprietary reset key. If you fit a generic bulb, your ballast controller will continue to beep or display "Lamp Expired."

    How to run a generic: If you choose a generic version to keep costs down, you will have to manually mute the audible warning alarm on the ballast cover interface and log a manual reminder on your calendar to swap the bulb out again in exactly 12 months.
