Havelock North Findings

The May 2017 released Govt inquiry has confirmed that the water supplied to residents was NOT TREATED.

Worse is that Councils are allowed to put in temporary treatment for outbreaks then remove that treatment, when they think the coast is clear.

Therefore we can assume that Councils are LEGALLY ALLOWED to supply FOOD (water) that is not 'treated'.

Conclusion is that you are taking a risk if you are relying on others for 'everything being right, all of the time'.

Between 1984 and 2013 there were 84 outbreaks.
